Dr. McIff is fellowship-trained and board certified in interventional radiology and neuroradiology. He specializes in diagnostic radiology, neuroradiology, and vascular and interventional radiology, which includes treatment of disorders of the arterial and venous circulation, acute stroke intervention, and carotid artery stenting. Dr. McIff also performs aortic stent grafting for the treatment of aortic aneurysms.

Dr. McIff obtained his medical degree from the University of Utah Medical School. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in neuro/vascular radiology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Long Beach, California.

Dr. McIff has held many responsible administrative positions, including medical director of Imaging Services for Intermountain Health Care, vice-chairman for the Governor’s Health Advisory Council of the Utah Department of Health, president of the Utah State Medical Association, and most recently medical director for the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
